- Check-In Time: 3:00 pm

- Front Desk (Totem Park): Available 24/7 for your convenience.
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary access on the “ubcvisitor” network. There is no password, but you will need to accept the terms and conditions.

- Service will include beds made upon arrival, towel and soap provided.
- Facilities: Card operated washers and dryers are located on the second level in Ritsumeikan House.
- Laundry cards: Laundry cards can be obtained via a machine located in the Totem Park Commons Block for $5.00 (credit card only). You can add funds (minimum $5.00) to your laundry card through the same machine using a credit card. We are unable to provide a refund for any balance remaining on laundry cards.
- Laundry soap: Available at the Totem Park Front Desk for a nominal fee.
- Vending machines: Snacks, beverages, and more are available at the vending machines located in the Totem Park Commons Block.
- ATM machines: Located in the Commons Block of each residence, in the UBC Life Building, and in the AMS Nest building.
Day-use: Complimentary day-use storage. Please bring all your bags to the front desk at check out. We do not offer overnight storage due to space limitations.
- Smoke-free environment: All guest rooms, balconies and public areas are designated non-smoking areas. Smoking or vaping in a guest room will incur a $250.00 cleaning fee.
- Permitted areas: Smoking is allowed 8 meters from building exteriors.
- Immediate assistance: Dial 911 for police, fire, ambulance, and inform the Front Desk.

- Convenient parking is available for a fee. Advance booking is not required. Ask about parking when you check in.
